How do I order a customized poker table?
After you've designed your poker table with our Interactive Customizer, you can place your order by speaking to a PimpMyPoker® rep at 1.888.767.6550 or by emailing us at orders@pimpmypoker.com. All orders require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed, given that each table is built to your specifications and required materials are purchased immediately thereafter. The deposit will also secure a position in the manufacturing schedule. The remaining balance is due upon shipment/pick-up.
How fast will my table be built?
Once all specifications and options are finalized and signed off by the customer (along with a 50% deposit), custom poker tables are generally completed in 4 to 5 weeks. Although pieces are machine cut for precision, attention to detail cannot be rushed. (For example, the polyurethane process alone takes 4-5 days to complete.)
What is considered a "standard" PimpMyPoker® table?
At PimpMyPoker®, we have very high standards. What we consider a "standard" poker table is not very standard at all. To that end, our "standard" table is 46" x 94" and includes the following options:
- Oak or birch racetrack with choice of mahogany, cherry, walnut, or natural stain (protected by 5 coats of polyurethane)
- Choice of Whisper vinyl rail color
- Choice of velveteen or speed cloth playing surface color
- Black ABS plastic drink holders (small or large), regular-size stainless steel or anodized brass drink holders
- Black powder-coated 29" steel folding legs
- Fabricated to accommodate 8 or 10 players

What are the differences between the various playing surfaces?
The playing surface you choose is simply a matter of personal preference. Although cards glide flawlessly across all of the playing surfaces we offer, there are differences in texture and feel. Find out more
What exactly is our custom printed poker cloth?
Well, if you've ever been to a
major casino or watch a televised poker tournament, you've seen it. Our poker
cloth is 100% woven polyester. It is smooth and has a low, fine pile, exactly
like in the casinos. It is thick, heavy, and very tightly woven, which in
combination with the nylon composition gives it unparalleled durability and stain and spill-resistance. The cards glide along it very nicely and it feels great on the hands. It does not stretch over time. Most importantly, our printing process (dye-sublimation) actually dyes your custom logo right into the fabric. Unlike airbrushing or screen printing, the logo can never wear off the fabric. This is the exact same process and fabric used by major casinos everywhere. Why do they use this fabric to the exclusion of all others? Because it looks the best, plays the best, lasts the longest, and is the most economical long-term solution.
Want a poker table that's one big photograph? We can do that. Want a logo in
the middle of the table and nothing else? We can do that, too. Your
imagination -- and the applicable copyright laws -- are the only real limitations.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer catalogs. However, we DO offer individual samples of select fabrics, vinyls, and laminates that you'd like to incorporate into your poker table customization. You can request a sample by calling us at 1.888.767.6550 or emailing support@pimpmypoker.com.
Can I have a smaller table built?
You can have your poker table fabricated any way you want as long as you supply us with dimensions, specifications, and options.
Can I order a table without a racetrack or cup holders?
Yes.
Are all the customization options shown on this website?
Most likely. Although our site is updated regularly, any new option(s) we receive for customization may not be posted immediately. If you want a certain option but do not see it on our site, please ask us about it.
What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover thru PayPal®, cash, money orders, certified checks, and personal checks (allow 3-5 business days for clearance).
Do you charge sales tax?
State laws require that retailers collect tax in states where they reside. Subsequently, we are required to charge applicable taxes in New Jersey.
What are my shipping options?
Delivery within 50 miles of our establishment is $99. Pick-up is also available. Shipping varies by geographical location and our shipping quotes always include crating, handling, commercial transportation and full value insurance. We do not make any money on shipping. Customers can request a copy of our bill of lading at any time. Average shipping for our standard tables ranges from $180 on the East Coast to $275 on the West Coast, with a 7 day approximate shipping time. We professionally pack all tables in a custom 4' x 8' x 12" wooden crate ($135 surcharge) to eliminate any chance of damage.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship custom poker tables internationally. Considering freight and customs charges, it just wouldn't be cost-effective for the customer. We do, however, ship poker table hardware & accessories internationally.
Do you offer a guarantee/warranty?
All PimpMyPoker® poker tables are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction. Our dedication to quality and customer service guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase. Custom ordered tables should be viewed as a final sale. In the rare instance that your poker table is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, notify us within 10 days of delivery and we will repair or replace the damaged piece. Custom ordered tables, which are made to your specifications, can be cancelled within 48 hours of order but deposits are non-refundable. The only thing we can't guarantee is that your new custom PimpMyPoker® table will help you win at your next poker game.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours from when the initial 50% deposit is placed. In all cases of cancellation AFTER 48 hours, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. Custom poker tables are built to customer specifications and are just thatÑcustom. Your 50% deposit payment is a BINDING AGREEMENT TO COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOM POKER TABLE PURCHASE IN WHOLE. Any actions contrary to this agreement will be met with swift legal action.
Can I change or add something to my order?
If you decide to change and/or add something to your table customization, you must call us ASAP. Materials for building your table are immediately purchased after your deposit is received. Although there's usually a 24-hour "window of opportunity" for changes after you've signed off on your poker table's work order, we cannot stress enough the importance of making sure your order is correct when you place it.
